On 10.7.2009 were merged companies Hamé, a.s. IČ 46903305 and Hamé s.r.o. IČ 28213556. Upon the entry of this fact in the Commercial Register, Hamé s.r.o. assumed all the rights and obligations of Hamé, a.s., including the rights and obligations arising from its business relations.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that Hamé, s.r.o. changed its registered office.
