Hamé, one of the leading Czech producers of foodstuffs, regularly makes vast supplies of selected food to the Czech Republic Army.
This concerns another of the number of specific supplies not only for Czech entities, but also foreign customers. Nine types of products selected by the Czech Army headquarters are prepared by Hamé in compliance with strict requirements from the Czech Army. Subsequently, soldiers can enjoy for example Znojmo Beef Roast, Risotto, Potato Goulash, Stewed Peppers and Tomatoes, and Beef with Champignons in the Al packaging of 320g. Products are designed particularly for consumption in difficult
conditions and have to comply with the strict criteria of nutrient content, which a soldier has to take into his body in the course of performing demanding tasks.
The Czech Army regularly checks the entire processing method, where the production is based on the HACCP system supervision. Each production batch is checked and subjected to regular inspection both in the Hamé laboratory, as well as the reference laboratory for foodstuff examination. Despite the higher degree of supervision it concerns identical processing of a product, differing only in the proportion of ingredients, which is directed into the retail network whether in the Czech Republic or
the more than 35 other countries, where Hamé exports its wide range of foodstuffs.
Apart from specific production for the Czech Army Hamé also makes extremely strictly monitored KOSHER and PESAH products. Some time ago Hamé started supplying the Czech and Slovak markets with BIO labelled products.
