Vegetable and meat and vegetable food
When developing our products we cooperate with paediatricians and nutrition specialists.
Therefore we are aware of the following facts:
Cauliflower
Cauliflowers are low in calories, rich in mineral salt (phosphor, potassium), they contain important trace elements (iron, cobalt, magnesium, iodine) and a whole range of vitamins.
Broccoli
Broccoli have an unusual taste, flavour and structure. It is even better than cauliflower in terms of its dietary and nutrition characteristics. Broccoli, just like cauliflower, contains a whole range of vitamins, but it definitely has more vitamin C and carotene than cauliflower. Broccoli is recommended when suffering from insufficient intake of iron and from vein disorders.
Carrots
Carrots - sweet, aromatic and subtle carrots help to get rid of weak haematogenesises, they strengthen the organism and protect it against various infectious illnesses, and help with sight disorders.
Meat
Meat – is a rich source of protein and easily digestible iron. Iron is very important for babies in the second part of their first year as the supply of iron gained by babies during the breastfeeding period in the first couple of months is slowly running low.
Vegetable purees
If the baby is breastfed, paediatricians recommend introducing additional food, vegetables, after the 6th month of life. If the baby is on formula, paediatricians recommend introducing additional food during the 4th or 5th months. Vegetables contain fibres which are beneficial for the digestive system of your baby.
When introducing additional food it is suitable to use one type of nutrition. Only later you can include other types of vegetables and fruit into the menu. This enables to monitor any potential allergic reaction to one type of food.
