Preparation: In the microwave oven: Before heating, you shall pierce the covering foil (bowl with side-dish 1×, the second bowl 3×); then you shall heat it for about 3.5 minutes at the power of 750 W. Then you shall cut the covering foil. In the water: you shall heat the food for about 15 minutes without distorting the foil; do not boil the food. Then remove the covering foil.
