Vegetable lecsó in sweet-sour pickle is ideal for quick and tasty dinner. Depending on a variety of paprika used, the product may be slightly hot. You shall just briefly simmer the lecsó and then you shall flavour it with sausage and egg and serve with bread. You do not need any onion, tomato or paprika. And yet you can have the fast lecsó. Open a Znojmia glass slightly and then just add the sausage and two eggs. Then just mix and heat it - and add some bread. If you like beer, you can take one as well. Lecsó can be enjoyed by the entire family. It is a fast and great delicacy.
